Welcome to The Magic Hues Photography. By confirming your booking and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking & Payment – A non-refundable advance of 20% of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking. An official invoice detailing the payment schedule will be provided. Remaining payments must be cleared as per the specified due dates. In case of a rescheduling request, up to 25% of the total amount may be charged based on the new date and our crew availability.
2. Communication & Coordination – A dedicated WhatsApp group will be created including the couple and our internal teams (Pre-production, Production, and Post-production). All discussions regarding costumes, shoot locations, event dates, creative references, delivery timelines, and revisions will take place in this group. For smooth coordination, clients are expected to actively respond to messages and updates in a timely manner.
3. Pre-Wedding & Post-Wedding Shoots – Shoots must be planned at least 15 days in advance. Muhurtham dates are not available for pre/post wedding shoots. Deliverables include: Pre-wedding: Retouched photos, countdown posters, save-the-date video Post-wedding: Retouched photos, cinematic video song The following must be arranged by the client: Accommodation for up to 3 crew members (max 3 per A/C room) Travel from our nearest branch (Trichy or Coimbatore) to the shoot location Meals and local transport on the shoot day Skipping the post-wedding shoot does not qualify for a refund or substitution.
4. Event Coverage (Production) – Our production coordinator will gather key details 7 days before the event: Venue addresses, room arrangements for crew, and detailed event schedule If your event includes special segments (e.g., DJ, Flash Mob, etc.), you must inform us in advance. A minimum of 1 to 1.5 hours must be allocated before and/or after the ceremony for couple portrait sessions. Accommodation for the event crew must be provided by the client (max 3 crew per A/C room). Stage and audience coverage is standard. Additional areas (like welcome/dining zones) require booking extra crew at additional cost.
5. Deliverables & Post-Production – We follow a structured delivery timeline: Soft Copies: within 15 working days Teaser Video: 15–30 working days Highlights & Instagram Reels: 30–45 working days Traditional Full-Length Video: 45–60 working days Album Process: Clients are responsible for photo selection. If you’d like us to select photos, a non-negotiable fee of ₹2,500 (up to 250 photos) applies. If the photo count exceeds the package limits: ₹300 per additional sheet (Printing) ₹75 per additional sheet (Design) You may request a maximum of 2 rounds of revisions on the album or video. Once approved, printing and final dispatch typically take 10–15 working days.
6. Intellectual Property – All photographs and videos captured by The Magic Hues Photography are the copyrighted property of the company. We reserve the right to use selected visuals for marketing, portfolio, website, and social media purposes. If you wish to restrict the use of your images/videos for promotion, you must inform us in writing before your event date.
